Neurogen ™ A/P for Alzheimer's & Parkinson's The A/P Formula is a proprietary high potency formula of three bioactive compounds that are having a profound effect on Alzheimer's & Parkinson's disease. THE INGREDIENTS:
Rhodiola rosea is an adaptogen and while there are more than 200 species of Rhodiola only 14 have undergone intensive investigation. Currently only Siberian Rhodiola rosea has over 400 years of history and 35 years of intensive clinical studies. It's high amounts of rosavin, rosin and rosarin make this Rhodiola rosea the most bioactive of all the Rhodiola species. The medicinal uses include, but may not be limited to; memory enhancement, depression, anxiety and stress to weight-loss, immune stimulating, sexual enhancement and stamina. Because it correctly positions the neurotransmitters of the brain, studies have shown that Siberian Rhodiola rosea stabilizes acetylcholine and dopamine. This is good news for Parkinson's patients because dopamine is always low and acetylcholine is always high.

Galanthus caucasicus, while grown for its beauty as a cut flower, is fairly new to the medical community. The medicinal use of Galanthus was discovered about thirty-five years ago by the Austrian firm, Sanochemia, who extracted the bioactive properties from the flower portion of the plant and synthesized it into a compound named Galanthamine (Reminyl ). Their clinical studies were initially with Alzheimer's patients, however, they believe that the properties of this plant would greatly help those with Parkinson's disease because of its selective acetylcholinesterase inhibitor effect. Like Galanthamine, Galanthus in its natural state is also a selective acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, which is showing good potential for the treatment of Alzheimer's as well as Parkinson's disease.

Plant Cell Derived Vitamin C complex is a proprietary NON-GMO, hypoallergenic, 100% water soluble product created from a biodynamic growing process. While many Vitamin C's have emerged on the market, none of them contain biologically active bioflavonoids as well as lipids, free radical scavengers & enzymes. This Vitamin C is completely different from all others in that it has not undergone chemical partitioning (isolation) and renders a powerful up-take delivery system for Siberian Rhodiola rosea & Galanthus.
