Blueberry: Recent studies have shown that blueberries contain powerful antioxidants which may retard the
effects of aging and play a significant role in preventing cancer. James Joseph, PhD. chief of the
neuroscience laboratory at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts
University in Boston, says, "The blueberry has emerged as a very powerful food in the aging battle. Given
